The EVO2K tournaments are a partnership between the VGO Network and leaders from worldwide fighting game communities. Our proven team has many years of experience working together on successful events, and includes both technical experts and hands-on tournament managers from the major sites including Shoryuken.com, TekkenZaibatsu.com, and Gamecombos.com.

The EVO2K5 tournament is our seventh consecutive annual tournament, and each year has seen explosive growth. Our first tournament was the subject of the Street Fighter documentary Bang the Machine, which was featured at numerous festivals including Sundance and South by Southwest.
